Hi ... my problem is my home is very small, and I have very little privacy... and the format of the app means you have to watch and listen and we don't know what's coming... so I find it hard to integrate into my life. Also not a fan of the oh so caring poor you presentation... I'm here because I want to change something not to feel pampered. That might sound a bit mean, I hope it doesn't... there may well be men who like that. I'd prefer here's your program..... and I'd like to switch to "last longer" if that is not the program I am following .... I think the program is good but the presentation doesn't really work for me. Is that fair? There may be an additional and alternative.. parallel app with the same program that is a bit more boot camp and less poor you. Just an idea and expressing my opinion I hope that is ok. Thanks
