I have been using the app now for a week and the content is poor. There is a lot of content on yoga practices which you can find anywhere and it’s the same for the Kegel exercices.
Annoying is also that the app ask you to rate each exercice. I have commented one and never received a feed back
They can really do better

Insofern ist es schwer Senses tatsächlich zu beurteilen.
