A month after trying this app I posted a review suspecting it was causing me testicles pain, as I started to suffer from it almost at the same time as I began to use Dr Kegel +.
I have to make my mea culpa here, to warn people about testicle pain and to praise this app for its qualities:
Even if overexercising can cause pelvic floor soreness (as with every muscle), it was not the cause of my testicle pain. I actually have a varicocele which is not serious but can be painful. Maybe you're experiencing it too and I invite you to make research about it, as it is the cause of many mens' pain.
About the app (finally!) I had to see my girlfriend after a 3 pauses (during which I started Kegel). And the result was efficient!
I had noticed before and on my own that reinforcing my pelvic floor muscle was extending the intensity of my orgasms.
But during sex I noticed that it was easier than before to lengthen the act itself. I had no problem with lasting in sex but it is nice to see that it improves everything.
I will definitely continue to train with this app but the insights deserve to be deeper, as some of them are too obvious and well known.
First they could be longer and they could be more focused on mens' irrational fears in sex or on sexual diseases and way to notice them.
Sorry for thinking kegeling was causing me pain, I wrote this app while in the middle of suffering and it was the number one suspect on my list.
Nevertheless I recommend exercising wisely.
