Honestly don’t bother using this app, it’s a freaking waste of time. They process the payment, it shows up in the transaction history, but they won’t put it on the actual tap card ! So you can’t use your card to tap, and take public transportation. It says there’s nothing on the tap… and when you go to transaction history, then it says it can take up a few minutes to show up on the tap : it takes more than an hour 1/2 or two. I’ve used it twice, does the same thing every time. I couldn’t tap to board the train even though I paid… I waited two hours so it finally showed up, so I could tap to leave ! Horrendous… twice ! Just get the normal tap card. This app is horrendous.
