Impossible to load from Gigapay

It’s been months that this app is not working well but no one fix it. Everytime i try to suscribe a promo or load from my gigapay balance, i get a “Transaction Error” and it doesn’t say what is the problem. Only “try again later” but it’s 6 months that i try again later and it’s not working. So i cannot use my gigapay balance… and i wasted so much time trying to fix it, but there is nothing to do.
So don’t load your gigapay account coz then you cannot use your balance !
