Curiously helpful

I didn’t quite understand the apps principle before trying it out of sheer curiosity. I wouldn’t have thought chatting with a bot about anxiety issues could help. Well, it does. Putting everyday’s problems and annoyances into words helps replacing them into perspective. It also makes me feel better without the downside of loading someone else with my worries. Thanks.
