Hilfreich und super gemacht

Der freundliche kleine Roboter vermittelt unterhaltsam Techniken aus der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie und steht einem quasi rund um die Uhr hilfreich zur Seite. Vermutlich gibt es keinen anderen Chatbot, dessen Nutzen in Studien so häufig und gut belegt worden ist. Empfehlenswert bei Depressionen und Ängsten oder auch einfach, wenn man mal eine schwierige Lebensphase hat. Z.B. eine Pandemie. diese App ersetzt keinen echten, menschlichen Therapeuten, ist aber ziemlich nahe dran und sicherlich auch geeignet, um die Wartezeit auf einen Therapieplatz zu überbrücken oder einen während einer laufenden Therapie zu begleiten. Ich kann ihn wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Finde die App sehr gut um bei Stress und Panik wieder etwas runterzukommen. Auch wenn man sich einfach mies fühlt und gerade mit niemandem reden kann hilft sie. Dass die Entwickler dem bot ein bisschen Persönlichkeit mitgegebenen haben, ist ein netter Touch und hilft tatsächlich dabei, dass man sich ein bisschen mehr fühlt, als ob einem ein Mensch zuhört. Auch die Schritte zum Erkennen von verzerrten Gedanken sind sich hilfreich. Ich würde diese App weiterempfehlen.
