Money went missing and customer service did nothing

When the cleaning lady left I noticed the next day money was missing from my closet. I contacted customer service and told them no one came to my apartment for a week before and after the cleaner and that they could check with building security, and all they did was ask for a video of her stealing to prove it. I mean who keeps cameras in their bedrooms?
Poor client management

Poor booking service: cleaners were very late, I chased, was advised they were 7 min away, they arrived 1h later…
Another time, a confirmed job was cancelled 30 min before they were supposed to come, no alternative offered
I rated them 1 star but they really don’t deserve it!

I booked for a deep cleaning service with this company after one of their managers reinsured me that they will be sending me their best elements . As a result they broke the granite working plan in my kitchen !
After this it was impossible for me to get in touch with that manager again , each time i was calling she was not in the office!
I hat to warn them that if they wont repaire the damage they have done to my villa i will be suing the company.
Finally they sent another company to repair the damage at their cost , very poor reparation that did not last more than 6 months !
