There’s a good game here, but it’s ruined by bugs. For me, there are two BIG ones:

1.) I can never fully complete any tier of championship races because I am unable to fully upgrade the equipment on each tier’s horse. As I get close to maxing out the equipment on each tier, I get an error message saying I have to wait for all upgrades to finish before purchasing any more. The problem is, all of my previous upgrades HAVE finished.

2.) I can never retrieve any leaderboard information, nor can I submit any of my results to the leaderboard. I always get an error message saying that the leaderboards could not be reached and that I need to check my Internet connection. The internet connection on my iPad is just fine, and no other app has a problem reaching servers or other Cloud services. It is literally just this game that has a problem.

To try and resolve these issues, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game (losing many hours of play progress), and the problems persisted.

It’s a pity, that.

The gameplay, graphics, mechanics, and overall enjoyment I get would warrant me giving this game a four star rating. Maybe even five stars. I've run 20 circuit races thus far, so I can't speak for the bigger stakes races, but competing hasn't been an issue. I had played this on my phone, so I dropped $7 to show my support and get a little boost to cash for breeding down the line. My earnings have been pretty decent compared to the equipment I need to stay competitive so far. The one issue I've come across is when watching the ads to double my earning for a win. Like I said, I've run 20 races. I've won 20 races. Twice after touching the button to watch an ad, the screen has gone white. Forcing me to close the app. It doesn't credit me with my earnings for the win and has now switched the two wins to a second and most recently a third place finish. That's a major glitch. It's caused me to miss out on two opportunities to swap horses with one of the special breeds that pop up randomly.

You all NEED to listen to us! I love this game. TO BITS!!!!! But the whole thing with only starting out with 10 horseshoes is bs. Either you need to make it so that things aren’t as expensive when buying with horseshoes, or make it easier to get horseshoes! Also the whole “wait like almost 2 hours for your but to be upgraded” thing is AWFUL! Literally having to wait this long for my tack to upgrade makes me loose interest. Like actually, I’ve debated uninstalling it like 4 times. You need to lower your standards. Not everybody has tons of money to throw around at games. And tugging on mom or dads sleeve u til they give you money is idiotic. Overall, I love the racing part. I do. But waiting for energy to refill again, and again is not going to make people love this game, and waiting 2 hours for tack to upgrade when you desperately need it is also the worst. MAKE IMPROVEMENTS, PLEASE!!!!
