This app when I first got it was good, I enjoyed downloading music and listening to my favorite artists. Everything worked perfectly and I was able to listen music even when my phone was off and when I was on other apps. But When the weather got cold, the app started to act up with frequent crashes like twice everyday which I thought was just the effect of the cold weather on the phone, which honestly I didn't mind. But after the weather got better the app would bug out every time I open it, the crashes happening twice a day turned into happening every minute I open the app. Losing the ability of using the app and the ability of what I downloaded this app for which was to download music and to listen to music. Hopefully you guys can fix this problem that I am having and my restore my faith in this app.

First of all, I would like to say that this app is the go to if you don’t want to use data and want to play music offline. It’s great because in the beginning you were able to find the actual songs and not the covers because of the ZNC option. But now I can’t download the songs to play offline without it saying “this video is unavailable” etc. it’s weird because I was able to get some songs? But even then, that message would always pop up..please fix this issue!! I also can’t scan through the song after the recent update..I was able to before but now I’m not able to immediately go to a chorus of the song or go back to play a certain verse in the time stamp. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY!!!

I love the choices of music available, but I'm stumped as to how I am supposed to download music so I can listen offline. If there is such a feature already, then it's quite difficult to use as the technicalities of this app are somewhat confusing. I've used an app like this before, and all you had to do was tap "add song" and it immediately downloaded, which I prefer versus having to stream off of WiFi. If downloading the songs isn't an available feature currently, I hope to see that feature added sometime in the near future.
