Very glitchy. Doesn’t smoothly interface with varied video and training clips, which causes many tasks to maintain an ‘Incomplete’ status. Part of that can be the error of the one posting the content into this program shell, but if the program itself had the guidelines and/or was more intuitive for the content contributors, it would make the experience more enjoyable.
On a side note, it’s been recognized that while 75% of our learning comes through our vision, retention is only 20-30% with audio/visual and demonstration. There is a HUGE loss of opportunity for training by resorting to videos, as learning by doing jumps that number up to 75% retention.
In the end, definitely use this as a resource for your company when it comes to having a resource for standards available to managers. However, if you’re using this for training purposes, you’re not setting up your employees with the best methods for them to achieve success.
