i am unable to login to my account or if i am creating new one there is still problem in logging in

I can't change my gender on this app please solved this out

Can't log in, the last 2 days have been fine I go to open the app again but it's randomly logged out on its own and when I put password in again it just sends me back to log in screen again and again, is there a reason I can't log in anymore, I even changed my password and still nothing changed.

When it tells me to enlarge the photo I try and click on it but it doesn't work I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, but it won't work and I can't see any details without enlarging it. Any solutions?
