I see multiple reviews stating that they are having the same problem that I’m having! The blank white screen…. I need this to get my schoolwork done. Please fix!

When I first downloaded at this it worked okay. Then after that all I get is a white screen. From what I can tell this work well a few years ago but then it started going down hill. Why they haven’t had someone do basic maintenance on it is beyond me.

The previous app worked better. Since the forced update to cypher learning CYPHERLearning is terrible. Will not load, will not allow a sign-in on non-ios operating system, requires new login after each session. Please get this fixed for ease of student use!!

CYPHERLearning is totally useless. When trying to read my textbook, it wont optimize for a cellphone screen and all i can ever see is the table of contents which wont minimize. It’s essentially the course website but unviewable. Complete piece of junk. Whomever made CYPHERLearning really did the bare minimum

Every time I open CYPHERLearning , it wants me to input the portal name. It’s extremely frustrating to figure out the portal name from my school every time. CYPHERLearning needs to be seriously updated. They only touched it once in 5 years.

Deleting app!!!! They changed to Cypher. It is terrible I can’t do homework or read textbooks through app. They should have left it alone.

It was a great app until the loading screen was a blank white screen. I suggest CYPHERLearning get updated as soon as possible the current update looks to be 5 years old. Our school relies on this for testing purposes.

Our school forces us to use CYPHERLearning, instead of Books. It’s slow and sometimes it doesn’t work at all. Most recently I purchased a new Samsung. Turns out their app doesn’t support the latest adroit version. I called their support, but so far no resolution.

CYPHERLearning is not the best. I advise using the web browser over CYPHERLearning . The way it tracks time is confusing and doesn’t always work. Especially any “ebook readings” maybe it tracks more than it displays but it usually says 10 mins when I read like 2 chapters and spend 60+ mins. the reports and/or the tracking information needs to be updated. Looks as though the developer created this program nine years ago and forgot about It because the last update was released five years ago. This product is so out of date no wonder we can’t use it on a current iPhone. Most iOS users have a phone that was released after 2019.

I don’t know what’s going on, but every time I click on CYPHERLearning, it goes completely blank white screen and I can’t even get to my homework at all. I have uninstalled CYPHERLearning and reinstalled CYPHERLearning and it still just showing a blank white screen. I’ve reached out for help and no one has helped me yet. This is so frustrating.

I had to download CYPHERLearning for my Nail Technician class. CYPHERLearning refuses to work in my table, and I need CYPHERLearning to do me work for my class. every time I open up CYPHERLearning , it just shows me a blank screen. CYPHERLearning is not working correctly on my phone. I am extremely disappointed.

I was using this for school. It was good until it started getting glitchy on me. Every time I open CYPHERLearning it would just stay on the loading screen where it’s all blank white. I’m paying my school to use it for their online program. Now I can’t even get anything done or even finish my school. Fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

CYPHERLearning suddenly stopped working! Now it opens to a blank white screen. Please fix this asap as I depend on access to my course.

App stopped working all of a sudden

The new version of CYPHERLearning is great. The user interface is easy to navigate and a huge upgrade from the old version. Thank you CYPHER!

Great app although difficult to find in CYPHERLearning store! Since Matrix is such a common name. Works well with the LMS

Great app for on the go, personalized learning!

We use CYPHERLearning for our online university. It is very easy to use and students can choose their language of choice for the interface. Both the browser app and iPhone app work beautifully. The programmers really think about the UI and students ages range from 12 years old to 78 years old and all of them use CYPHERLearning without problems.
