I’ve been with EMS for aprox 4.5 yrs and ive recently requested my rates be lowered. I’ve been loyal and have over the years referred others to their company. EMS will not nor will they lower the rates. It’s only increased steadily over the years! I used to highly recommend? I no longer feel this way! I’m now looking to move my business elsewhere! I’ve stated using Venmo and have been very happy with “ no changes incurred” with them. The only reason I still use EMS is because some don’t have Venmo. I’ve encouraged them to sign up with them.

So, after signing up, I began using the app to process cards. Then I get a phone call saying they have to contact the bank and customer from my first transaction to verify info. Until they can do that, my funds are “on hold”. This is utter nonsense and is the reason I am going to cancel.
