The true problem I have, outside the overpriced to all slots, is the Scatter Slots upgrade system. I maxed it out over a year ago, and have been accumulated over 7000 points for NO REWARD OR UPGRADE. As far as play, it’s more up and down than a sit in casino… it’s fun and very addictive, but good luck. I’ve warned you! Update: Degraded one star, yet still spending thousands losing nearly each day and night, and accumulated over 10,000 upgrade points going nowhere, they continually push to match me up with an Ukrainian manager… half of my married-in family and blood is Russian. Yet, I wouldn’t object, my life would end in such of a situation. Somebody in Murka needs to step forward and do the “Correct and Right” ethical method and rewards to those that feed this company.
Next update: Over 16,000 in upgrade “so-called rewards”, yet no upgrades of anything. This company has a great setting and game, but no communication as to award those that substantially spend money and exceed their developers goals. Nothing!! As for the game… fun, addicting, and continually costly. I’m now having thoughts of moving into other games.

Well. Let’s see. 5 minutes of click thrus every hour, to do a 30 second free spin. A spin that may get you 5 million, when youre in the 500 levels of the game. The levels that you need to spend 20-30 million a spin to maybe complete a level in a week or so. With me Murka? Suggestion. For the 75th time. STOP THE ADS! You keep saying the players want to see the deals, this is your marketing sept talking. We DONT. If I want a deal I’ll go find it. Scale the hourly payouts accordingly. When I get 4-5 million an hour in freebies, at the level I’m at, it’s a joke. No wonder I only do a game spin 1 time a week. No coins to pay with cus the payouts also are horrific. Both Murka slots were top of the charts. Now average at best. Many other better game to play. Deleting soon. Too bad too, almost level 700 in one and 600 here. Maybe someday they’ll listen to real world instead of someone they pay to program. Don’t tell me it’s luck based. For years it’s been solid, now it’s borderline impossible.

Rare jackpots, can’t win big if you don’t bet big, requires you to spend obscene amount of money to play a game. Now it requires a large bet just to gets boost.. Tournaments never pay anything worth your time. When you complain you just get a prepared response that says it’s “free” although it is geared to extract more and more money from players! It’s fun when you win big but that’s so rare it’s just not worth it! Just got a response that I said above! You can’t win big if you don’t bet a large amount of coins , can’t bet a large amount of coins if you don’t purchase a large amount of coins. Combine that with jackpots that never pay out and you have a con game geared to take your money. It’s unfortunate as the games can be fun if they payed jackpots more frequently… Once again the Tournament is not worth the time and effort for a ridiculously small prize.. and jackpots never pay out … complaining only generates a prepared statement saying the same thing and nothing changes! Big surprise, got another canned response jidentical to the last one. The games are great but you can’t progress without paying for additional coins, and you can’t progress if you don’t win big jackpot which rarely happen . This is just a scam to get the max amount of money from the customer! Also to add insult to injury you will hit free plays that don’t pay out anything, adding even more to te frustration

June 2023 Update… I just spent $99 for 72 billion slot coins. Again the system randomly changed my bet to 500 billion coins in the middle of playing. I WANT A REFUND

Old message: I have spent hundreds of my money in the last 30 days playing these slots and never win large amounts while watching billions reduce to nothing by playing games that after many spins pay out no coins or bonuses or free spins paying 1/10th of the original play. The fun is gone and it is obvious that every three days you want more money. These are not free slots especially when you accumulate elixirs that are totally taken away. When I mentioned this before the response was you wanted everyone on an even playing field for competitions which makes no sense since you cannot win a competition without buying slot coins. You are taking the fun out of these games! I previously wrote the note below and I am leaving it: Changing my bet in the middle of a competition from $5,000,000 to $500,000,000 totally knocked me out when I paid for these coins. It totally ruins the game to randomly change a bet. Third place will be gone as I don’t have sufficient coins to even maintain my position. I mentioned this before but you have not heard my suggestion…don’t change a bet to the maximum when the player did not select it!

The game itself has an ok concept. There are “missions” to pass and you can choose the slots you get to play to pass those missions. The problem with this game is the amount of coins you get in a daily bonus is ALWAYS around 2 million. Sounds like a lot but it lasts about 35 seconds and then you’re out of coins. I don’t download a game to play for 35 seconds every time I play. There is one daily bonus that you might get to use to play longer but all in all unless you are willing to spend actual money (and this game is truly not worth that) then it’s not worth playing at all. I have downloaded a lot of slots games and there are far better out there that you can play longer and not have to spend actual money to play. I downloaded this game as a promotion to get points for another app and I will be deleting as soon as I get my points. This game is not worth logging into every hour to play for 35 seconds. First off I don’t have the time to worry amp it logging in hourly to get the bonuses all day long. Secondly, even if I let the bonuses add up all day, the max bet is way higher than anything you get during the hourly bonus so you can let the hourly bonus add up and not play all day and still only get to spin 3 times and you’re done. I have noticed I rarely win any coins when I spin and when I do it’s not even 1/4 of my bet amount. I don’t recommend this game to anyone.

I just got done winning BIG on a free max spin 23,000,000,000. The game only added 1,000,000,000. I tried to contact customer support but got an error message saying no internet. BUT, I can still come in here and write a review. I am not understanding this game. Until this is fixed I would not recommend this game. If you pay for coins and this happens it would be considered theft. Someone from this games support team needs to fix these issues.

Update: The game only allows users to use the support button only if you are connect to WiFi. If you are using cell data it will not work. Also, the support team finally contacted me after using WiFi and told me that I was incorrect. They looked at the situation within the last few min of me sending the support request and would not go to the trouble of looking further in the day. I specifically told them what level it happened in and how much I was cheated. This is not the first time this is happened but it will be the last as will not have confidence in this game no longer. These games are designed to get you to spend money. I have seen the game slow roll and speed up to avoid big payouts. If you want to waste a few min this is a good game to do so. But DO NOT SPEND REAL MONEY ON TIS GAME! You will lose because of the odds programmed in the system.

This could be a game that would be fun to play but sadly its not. Plan on buying coin packages every few minutes. Coin packages are expensive and if you do buy them you will only get to play for a few minutes. No mater how conservatively you bet you will only have enough coins for max 5 minutes. Out of 50 spins you will be lucky if you win once. If you express ANY form of dissatisfaction with this game thru customer support you will be aggressively told that losing 49 out of 50 spins is what makes this game fun and that losing is the most important part of their game. Murka seems to forget this is a game. You cannot cash out your coins for actual money while being repeatedly told to spend money on their game that you will lose in less than 5 minutes. Despite their repeated statements that they have their game set up like a “real” casino they do not. In addition to the fact that no one plays this game because they want to “practice” going to a casino. Murka’s odds are considerably worse than any odds in Vegas.
I am also aware that Murka responds to reviews like this with the standard “as the customer you are wrong” cookie cutter response I hope that someone else will be saved from spending large amounts of money for less than 5 minutes of play.

This free App that I’ve playing well over 2 years is really shaping up to be unfair toward those that don’t purchase additional items/points/coins that is constantly forced at us. As I worked through the levels, my score/coins increased and decreased as one would expect. I topped out at 25 billion, since than it been a steady downward tread for the last 8 to 9 months. No one can be that unlucky for that long with only a blips upward but still heading down and out. Over the 2 years playing I noticed that 87-92% all stalls and you need the spend a lot to finish the level. This past week after fighting for 4 weeks to finish a level, I got 5 free spins at MAX and won absolutely 0, ZERO mind you!!!The boosters are useless, typically get an advantage in the last minute or so with time running out before I collect! Today was the kicker, 10 minute 2x booster, I started at 1.06%, spent over 750 million and ended at less than 2%. Mind you I started at 5.5 billion, using 12.5 million per spin and at the 5 minute lapsed time I changed to 5 million per spin as not burn what I had left. End result - less than 1% progress in level, but over 750 million used!!! FAIR??? I haven’t purchased coins yet with any App, don’t plan to and when the coins are gone, do is Tony C.

I was playing another slot game when this one popped up on a video to earn more coins. It looked like a blast and the graphics were inviting so I downloaded it. I was enjoying the game so much because I progressed through the lower levels quickly. Earning the extra coin hourly made me come back regularly and it wasn’t going to be a short term app that once I ran out of coin I then delete. I even went as far as spending about 20+ dollars on the specials available so I could get the extra coins and the bonus perks. I NEVER SPEND MONEY ON GAMES! I was enjoying myself so much..I wanted to give myself some coin cushion to keep playing. It was as if the minute I used my debit card it transformed into a completely different game. The ratio of winnings to my bets that are needed to complete my daily tasks doesn’t even come close to keeping the amount of coins up to keep betting at the required amount. The ratio of bonus rounds and extra spin hits have become almost extinct. It now takes forever to complete a level unless you are able to buy more coins and specials. The bets required are outrageous and the amounts needed to complete the task are astronomical. The higher you get in the game I expect a little more challenge, but not like this! It’s such a great game, I just wish that as I progress through the game..my disappointment didn’t progress as well!

If you reach the higher levels with minimal cost they'll eventually keep you at one level for weeks or months unless you're willing to mortgage your house to pay for more coins to be able to reach the next level. I refuse to pay $50 to $100 to play a game on my iPhone. An occasional $2 or $3 is reasonable but $50. Come on, I'd rather drive to a casino where I might even be lucky enough to turn it in to real $ vs virtual coin. Certain games are also rigged to fail or else they just rig some to let you win and pull you in to get more $$. If they were smart they could probably earn more money selling the coins for a lot less. 100 people would probably buy a $3 pkg getting the $300; compared to one sucker paying $50. Level 50 either win 100 million during bonus games but spin after spin doesn't get a bonus game; spin 50 times with max bet of 125,000,000 (very costly); win 1billion in 12 minutes (can only be done if you have a billion to spend); or win 400 million during free spins (which would be achievable if they didn't rig the free spins to loose just during this game. I've had so many free spins, I'm talking hundreds, but no and I mean zilch winnings.) it's rigged to make you want to buy enough coins to get through the only one that will get to the next level. 60 Max bets of 125 million each.

I am currently starting my 87th consecutive week of playing everyday. I typically log in to get free coins several times a day, so I think I am knowledgeable about the state of the game. The recent changes they have made, lower daily review bonuses, redesigned UI, contests designed to only play for a fee, etc. are all bad changes for the customer. Sure, the other reviews about the graphics and music being awesome are spot on, but after 86 weeks and being on the same level for over 2 months without advancing even with daily use and lowering free bonuses, etc. I may be at the end of my streak. I paid $5 or $10 here or there, but those amounts give you squat now. Here’s hoping they don’t cripple their other games by doing this as well. I will give them one more update to right the wrongs but then I am gone if things don’t get better. Just do yourself a favor...if you only want to play for a few weeks you will have fun. Just don’t expect the easiness and jackpots to continue after they get you hooked. It goes downhill fast. Murka, do yourself a favor. Fire the executive who made you change up your winning combination of fun and enjoyment and forced you to turn your flagship game into a corporate ATM with no care for the end user.

I used to play SS a lot several years back, then stopped when I started getting frustrated with the win/loss ratio. With COVID-19 around, I started back playing a couple weeks ago, however, I’m already getting frustrated all over again! I purchased $7B when I began and I’m down to $18M, playing $5M to get thru the hard levels where you have to win $100B to pass. It’s a shame that there are so many complaints about the unfair win/loss ratios, and the fact that the game developers response is it’s a casino game based on luck.. Puhleez 🥺 that’s a bunch of bull.. That has absolutely nothing to do with luck!! The slots are RIGGED, plain and simple!!! If the slots weren’t rigged, how is it I can get free spins and bonuses left and right when the Mission is win coins only, but when the Mission is win coins in free spins or bonus rounds, all of a sudden free spins or bonuses are non-existent!! Also, don’t think anyone hasn’t noticed the higher the bet, the lower the win ratio. I’ve tested this on numerous occasions and certain win combinations pay out more percentage-wise with a lower bet. For example, a win combination on a $500K bet may payout $500K (100%), but that same combination on a $2.5M bet will only pay out $1.2M (48%).... RIPOFF

At first this game was by far one of the most fun slots games I had played. Adding in the “levels/challenges” really added to it and the graphics are beautiful. In the first 2 days I racked up over 500,000,000 coins was able to get into multiple bonus/free spin rounds which of course makes the game more fun and satisfied something I’ve always wondered about, in a free game why not make it easier to win unless your just trying to get people to spend real money? Then I hit level 21......in the last 2 days I’ve gone from that 500 million to 40 million(keep in mind this is not playing all the time) I cant win enough to get ahead anymore can’t pass the challenge and the free spin and bonus rounds have all but disappeared. I’m very disappointed since I was liking the game so much but it seems like it will end up getting deleted just like all other slot games I’ve tried. If you don’t want to play a game long term and just want something new for a day or so I would say definitely get this game but at least going by my experience it won’t last much longer than that until you just can’t play anymore unless you spend real money.

It’s an overall good game but it feels like a money grab to me the win rates are so low that you could have billions of chips and go to nothing in a matter of an hour, just yesterday I was playing at a very small bet and yet I lost spin after spin after spin after spin. I’ve given this game many chances but the story continues to grow harder I’ve been on the same mission for the last several weeks and can’t get past it based on the fact that it’s impossible to win. I’ve played this game off and on for some time never deleting from my phone just stop playing for months and then coming back again. Despite developer responses assuring it’s all random and luck based my experience would beg to differ. There’s a definite PATTERN to how this game runs. Starting or returning the first week or so you will win many big jackpots from individual slots with free spins and bonus games coming every 15-20 spins. After that week of grace these dry up and all but disappear coming every 50-75 spins or more. Make note on many individual slot games you may “win” often but bet 2.5 million coins and only win 400k in coins, a losing proposition for sure. I went from 5-6 billion coins down to about 1.5 billion in about 2 days betting the same way I made it up to 5-6 billion all because no free spin or bonus game wins. You can’t make coins without the free spin/bonus game wins unless (here’s the lucky part like the developers say) you happen to push your bet on just the right spin. I don’t begrudge developers trying to make some money and might be willing to fork over some cash but with how quickly you can lose coins and what they charge you’d be better off forking over the cash on a real slot machine with the same odds and a chance of winning real money. It’s a fun game and can pass some time just don’t expect to partake and excel in many of the special events unless you’re willing to spend real dollars on fake slots.

I have played this game for some time and truly enjoyed it. Today I spent real money to get bonus reels in the Scatter Labs feature. I won more than $600,000,000 during my spins. However when it was over and I returned to the regular games, my new winnings were nowhere to be seen. Again let me state I paid REAL MONEY for the extra reels to gain the most out of the feature. They took my money and DID NOT give me my winnings. They STOLE MY MONEY! Considering how underhanded these guys are, I suggest that you do not download this game or any game from Murka. Additionally it gets very tiring to have to go through tutorials every single time even though you’ve played the game before. It offering a way to opt out of the tutorials gets very old. When this company decides to stop stealing from its customers, I may decide to play again. But not until then.

So the support team took care of the missing coins. I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3. I can’t go higher just because the pay outs are ridiculously low. I’m not saying I need to win every time I play, it the odds should be increased a bit to make it more fun. I absolutely hate the tutorials that I can’t skip.

The graphics are great and I love that there’s a challenge to be met. I don’t believe any ‘game’ should be easy, but this one is pretty darn close to impossible without spending money, and even if you do, it doesn’t matter, you won’t get anywhere. This one is definitely rigged for patience and losing, which is frustrating to say the least (you can literally spin 1000 times and never win a bonus round, or win 30 free spins and win absolutely nothing in those free spins) but sadly I’m still playing. Designers will tell you your chance of winning is locked. That is simply not true. I’ve been playing this game for years and could go into certain aspects of play and know what my results will be before I even start, for example, the slot games that last for 2 to 3 days. Further, no matter how much you level up the bonus games, you will win the same amounts, and I have for years. Additionally, when they do the tournaments, if you play a bonus game, you will see your stars earned increase before the game has even started, and it will correspond to what you will win so regardless of what you’re choosing the bonus game, the end result has already been determined. That being said, it’s a fun game to kill time but don’t think it’s worth any money and it’s not luck. It’s what they want you to win or have programmed for you to win.

Update and response: I can tell you that playing the scatter tournament and one of the slot games, every time I hit bonus, the stars and number (eg, 30, corresponding to a bonus win of $30,000,000) went into my score BEFORE the bonus game started. So you can claim all you want that’s it’s random but there is no way then the amount would have corresponded to my bonus game win every time.

This game is amazing, I have enjoyed playing this on my free time. I do buy the monthly subscription, because I don’t mind as this eats up more time than paying for one movie.
There are many, Many, MANY, reviews that praise this game, most are fairly accurate so this is the flip side. For people who get mad with the game because some levels take too long, this game is one of the few that gives hourly chances to get more money. Yes, some of the levels are insanely hard or frustrating, so play smart. If you are required to win 160million in free spins, try and learn patience. It took me a week to do this particular level, I simply collected my money a few times during the day, then when I sleep, sent the game to auto at a low bet, this is to make sure it will play through most of the night, and it’s money I gain while I’m sleeping. So even if I only get 50k, that is 50k more than when I started. I get that it’s easier to pay and have money on hand all the time, but if for what ever reason you don’t want to pay, then patience is key. Good luck and hopefully it doesn’t take you months to pass a level.

I really love this game but have been having issues for about a week. I have played this game daily for over 2 years and now the game is freezing and just crashing at will. I contacted the staff who told me to reinstall and boy did that mess everything up. It kept my money levels but the hourly spin upgrades were gone and starting at the beginning and the map levels are starting at the beginning but my profile is correct showing level 2026 but map has started at beginning as well. The staff keep telling me that they have reset it but when the synchronization starts the game shuts off and never completes the synchronization. I am really upset because over the years I have spent lots of money to get where I was and now all is lost. After all of this I still want to play it but I want all my levels back. I need to find a way to sync or something the game on my phone which is the same Facebook account is at the right levels but game on iPad again won’t synchronization with it as it has in the past. When I reinstall its doing it from the iCloud I need a way to sync from app stare maybe. Sorry so long but very frustrated. 😡😡😡

First this is an amazing game with great graphics. The problem is that I’ve spent Five months at level 115 while selecting at 1.250 and 2.500 million every spin at least. That game gets really boring after all that time. I’m at about 14 billion at the present time after going broke with the “Owl” game which appears very often. I did it by going at 50 million each spin. This rate at less than an hour went steadily downhill. It proves that the 95% winning rate they claim isn’t truthful. That winning rate comes out to closer to 50%. I definitely suggest taking the $2.99 VIP monthly and not going broke trying two hard to get through a level that requires winning 16 billion in winning to get through it. I think they hurt themselves when players have to look at that same game for some five weeks. A five billion requirement would be far more reasonable. Still enjoy the game but maybe going back to you favorite games and forget trying to reach an unattainable goal. It’s just a case of having an incredible game with millions playing and then deciding to extract even a higher rate of money from loyal players. It’s a shame but unfortunately that’s how business works today.

It's highly addictive! I love the ability to get free credits so often. Unlike most other slot games that give you daily credits, this one gives you hourly credits. The more you play, the higher level you get. Higher levels get more benefits after getting credits. Each slot is filled with amazing sounds and plenty of bonuses. I love getting certain numbers of wins in a row, gives you free spins....the more times in a row that you win, the more free spins you get and the higher the wins are. Some winning lines freeze, giving you a second..third...or more wins with that same initial win. You're also given a chance to add winning lines each time.
I used to swear by DoubleDown(with their daily return bonuses and friend bonuses added to the daily spin bonus) It's been WEEKS since I've logged in there!
I've downloaded all of the MURKA games available, and periodically check to seeing if there's any new games.
I'm a slot connoisseur and I've downloaded and deleted most all the games because I only play MURKA slots!! You'll never ever regret playing this game!

I don’t write reviews but, I have to say after reading some of these reviews were their saying that you can’t advance without spending real money. I’m on one of those levels were you need 12k M or 12B to advance and yes it’s going to take me months. I have over 30 Billion in coins and never spend more then 500,000 to 1 Million per spin. But, here’s the thing! When I’m playing I try not to lose more then 50M in coins, I’ll quit and use the hourly free spins and reading the daily reviews and I have to mention the many holiday bonuses to increase or get back the 50M that I just lost. Sometimes I play for 15min. and sometimes I play for an hour. Usually play on Auto play! Thru the long drawn out level you do have to have patience, once you get thru them their are several easy ones. I’ve been playing for quite some time and throughly enjoy the graphics and different machines thru which to advance!

P.S. - I’ve never spent any REAL MONEY on this Game, or Slots Era!
