I would give this game a five star rating if it weren’t for one thing, the ads. If you watch an ad, you can get a free life or a game boost, which is great, and I don’t mind seeing an ad because I realize it generates income for the company. But, trying to exit out of these ads has become so aggravating! You watch the ad, then to exit, you press the little x in the top right corner. But, then you are taken to the App Store where you can download the game that you just saw in the ad. So, you exit out of the App Store, then you are taken back to the ad page, where you hit the x again, then a screen comes up where you need to press another x. Then, a timer counting down five seconds comes on the screen. Once the timer is finished, the x is shown again where you attempt to exit out, but now the ad starts playing again, and a little icon comes on where they want you to play the game for thirty seconds. Then you are again taken to another screen that you need to exit out of, and the saga continues. By the time you get back to your game, so much time has been wasted that it really takes all of the enjoyment away, and the game is no longer worth playing, especially if you were planning to play for only a few minutes. Some advice: I think most people are willing to watch an add or two, but when you feel like you are being manipulated into playing the game in the ad, or downloading a game that you don’t want, this game is really not worth playing at all!

Customer service is non-existent!

I’ve played this game for several years. I rarely write reviews unless I just LOVE something or something happens that’s just wrong and the company won’t make it right. I really like this game, probably not enough to write a review, but it’s fun. However, not terribly long after I started playing the game glitched and I lost quite a few costumes that I had won. I just started over and started building my collection again. Even though I’d never paid real money in games, I did buy 3 season passes so that I would have the costumes. Well, it happened again! The game glitched and I lost everything. My costumes, power ups, and gems (over 10,000). I contacted support because this time I had lost things I bought with real money. They did replace the power ups and gave me 250 coins but that's all they would do. I didn’t let it go and told them it would take 50 to 100 thousand gems to replace what I lost so they gave me another 100 coins. They said they couldn’t replace the costumes and this was all they were going to do. I reiterated that I just wanted what I’d paid for and it didn’t matter at all. Come on! It wouldn’t cost them a cent to replace what I lost. They had no interest in making this right. My recommendation is play this game if you like it, but, under no circumstances would I recommend spending any money. They take your money and then they don’t care. Player, BEWARE!!!

Not shocking Developer is Getting Greedy

First annoying thing, when I open app I’m hit with pop-ups (8 today) giving me all the crap that’s going on with the game. Nothing important I will point out. Than the recent change of getting five extra bubbles at the end if you haven’t made it. It was allowed 5 times a day for the extra help. Now it’s only one. Another annoying thing, when all you need is one of three color bubbles, apparently this game will give you an endless supply of the only color you don’t need. The highest was an 18 count and lost because I couldn’t get any one of the three color bubbles I needed. No way to earn coins or special boost any more. It used to be common when this game first came out. The option to use gems to get a three ball option instead of two has went up to a ridiculous amount that it’s not even worth spending gems on. The season and outfit/cosplay is a joke. Over all, the constant changing of things in this game is becoming annoying, I barely come here. When I do come back it’s only to see if they changed it back. Now I’m stuck on a level that’s impossible to pass without a booster of extra coins to buy more bubbles. One more time... and you will be gone away with like your most recent released game. Maybe you should invest more time in the original games then these. But than again I noticed they too are being manipulated to get more money out of them than what I originally purchased it for. Shame on you.
