The messages do not sync when logging in with different devices. It shows I have a message from a parent on my laptop but not on my phone.
And then sometimes it doesnt even show any past messages.
Also it does not show what day a message was sent, it only shows the time.
Please fox the chat option asap!

I would definitely change the rating once the bugs are fixed with LearningGenie. I love everything that LearningGenie is about especially the DRDp portion, however the main part of LearningGenie which is messaging parents is not appearing. I can see messages from parents but I’m now able to reply because of a glitch! The messaging bar will not appear on my phone. I just did the update to fix some bugs but it’s still not working for me. I have an Iphine 8 iOS 12.4

When selecting a kids chat thread, it constantly takes me to another child’s chat thread. LearningGenie is slow and posts are organized by category and not by being put on the child’s page in real time which would be more beneficial.

LearningGenie has been a wonderful way to provide the families in our program with great information, along with communicating with families easily. The company has been extremely helpful with any issues and have gone out of their way to add features to accommodate our program. They are always accepting of feedback and working to improve their product to benefit families, while also making life easier for staff. The software is easily navigating and works to keep parents engaged with program! Would recommend Learning Genie to anyone!

I actually had a parent of my center recommend this to us. SO glad she did. Learning Genie is incredibly easy to use and track the kiddos, with so many bonus features in my opinion! We think it is great!

Learning Genie has been a great tool for teachers at our preschool center. I really appreciate having one software for both keeping parents informed and assessing children (California DRDPs). Also, it is easy to use in smartphones and tablets, which is really helpful for taking notes and photos about children's learning processes at any time during the school day.

We love LearningGenie for alignment with the preschool DRDP. It has taken the focus off of reporting and testing and allowed our teachers time to conduct authentic, ongoing assessment to guide instruction.

LearningGenie is not working on iPods

I love LearningGenie! I have tried quite a few childcare daily report app. This is by far the easiest one to use. It's so simple and fast. Just about any preschool teacher can just tap and go, without any training. It saved my time and paperwork. Parents love it too!

As a preschool teacher, LearningGenie helped me a lot stay connected with parents in a positive way. Parents love what I wrote in the report and the pictures I shared through LearningGenie . They came back with positve comments and appreciation which really made my day. LearningGenie itself is super easy to use. I can add a note to multiple students in the class with just a few taps. Saved lots of time and stress. Love it.

I am a kindergarten teacher in a private preschool setting. I use LearningGenie daily to report what we are doing in each subject area, any homework reminders, pictures of daily activities and projects, the students' eating habits, and special comments about each student. It is very easy to use and the parents love being kept in the loop about what we do in school. Definitely the best daily report app I have used!

Purchasing and using LearningGenie was one of the best decisions I have made! I never have any problems or issues or complaints from staff about usability. It is exactly what I was looking for: something to give my families at the school an insight into what their child does at school during the day. Highly recommend!
