I didn’t mind this app when I first got it, but then th most recent update happened. 7 different times I got the notification that I had a new message & every time I opened the app, I had no new message. I talked to the person I was talking to & they confirmed they sent messages. At first I thought it was just because I had to log back on, then it happened even when logged on. I’m just over it. It worked fine. Before the last update.

The encryption is so good you can't even get help! Seriously I spent 3 hours and I can't find the online help anywhere. No phone number just a manual. I can't get the email service to work. I keep getting "unable to authentic with the current credentials" 4 hours waisted. I bought a year subscription 2 times now in attempt to get it to work. Still not working. By the way if you use the Internet website you need PayPal. I can't call our write anyone. I have an asset that I need to take care of. So if you want an encryption that doesn't do anything but cast money this is perfect.
