I have loved this app for years to plan out early morning runs. I have loved having the ability to search a month (or more) out to see when the sun will rise or set. All of the sudden I’m being asked to pay to see future sunsets. I have gladly watched the ads and waited patiently but this is disappointing. I can’t imagine paying $2.99 a month to get content that can be found elsewhere for free. And that’s exactly what I will do from now on...look elsewhere. You lost a longtime happy customer...I hope it was worth it.

I would give this app at least three stars except that the frequency and types of ads are unacceptable. Even though I consider it to be a little high, I would buy the ad free upgrade except that it has NO WATCH COMPLICATION. I’m not making that up. You read that right, it has no watch complication. A sunrise/sunset app without a watch complication is all but utterly useless to me.

The free version of this app does nothing more than weather apps I already have. If you want something more useful, you have to subscribe. I would be fine with a small onetime payment, but this is not available, despite the authors previous claims. You have to subscribe. There are lots of free services on the web that do even more, I'll just use those.
