Traffic alerts are USELESS

The traffic alerts come up as a notification and disappear if you don’t get to them soon enough. When you click on it like a normal notification it should open the app to a list of alerts. This one just opens it up to nothing.
No where in the APP are you able to find previous traffic alerts. This is the whole reason I have this app is bc I use to use the text message feature. That they have now disabled.
Please improve app.

App is terrible. Too hard to find anything. When you get a notification and click it you go to live feed. Before the app I would get weather warnings and traffic notifications, now I don’t get them. I know there are great apps out there this is not one of them. Very disappointed. Very difficult to find anything. I usually have to go to another news source to find things. 😔
Notifications don't work - old texting method was so much better

I have everything I can find turned on and this app will NOT send notifications with sound. Urgent weather, traffic and news alerts without sound are rarely noticed. Would be great to get help figuring out why this doesn't work.
