Love it when the complication works but the graph is totally wrong sometimes and there’s no way to force it to update. If you tap it you even get shown all the right local data but the chart complication continues to show the wrong tide. Seems to be the tide of the developers swimming pool or something. Please fix then I give all the stars!

There are some interesting additions to OceanWatch: the projected models of climate change affecting tide levels and OceanWatch has a very elegant interface. I also like the clear sun and moon rising and setting times. Those things seem better. I do miss being able to flow along the tide wave to see where the tide is projected to be at a particular time. Now it seems one needs to guess at the vertices.

Simple, useful, elegant, and free. I have to ding it two stars because I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts - and OceanWatch doesn’t show tides for my town. The town of Brewster has flats that go out for miles when the tide is out. For boating it’s crucial to know these famous tides - but OceanWatch doesn’t list them. The tides of Cape Cod Bay (and all of Brewster) are readily available on almost every tide site. Sure it’s possible to add them here? 😊

The Ocean Watch App itself is beautifully laid out and easy to use. You’re able to choose from graphs, tables and more to see when it’s high or low tide. My only complaint is that I’ve tried to get notifications when it’s high tide in my area multiple times and it doesn’t work. If it would OceanWatch would be perfect.

I’ve been in the software business (as an inventor, 4 US Patents) for 30 years now and Ocean Watch has to rank up there with the very best when it comes to it’s user interface. Building something of such quality combined with simplicity and sheer elegance is non-trivial. My hats off to them. You won’t be disappointed with OceanWatch.

OceanWatch gets right to the point with beautiful graphics and sooo easy to use. Highly recommend to anyone who spends time on the water.

OceanWatch is arguably the most well thought out and architecturally designed with not only the goal of easily accessing the tide data mariners are seeking but offers an elite user experience. The developer is no less than brilliant! Kudos!

OceanWatch does exactly what it promises, without distractions. Beautifully designed interface makes it a pleasure to use and quick to consult. The 2021 redesign is well done, including two great new features: local “tide marks” are a handy addition, and the climate change previews are fascinating and clear.

The ONLY thing I can think of that it needs is moonrise & set times. And maybe those are there but I just haven’t found them. Update - I just found sun and moon times!

I’ve had several tide apps and this is by far my favorite. If you’re a visual person, OceanWatch is the one you want. It’s perfect. Beautifully clean and simple. Makes living by the water easier than ever.

When I arise each morning, before I give my Norwich Terriers their first treat of the day, I check your site and grab the best rod for the tide…Snook before breakfast, some days a big Jack, in any case, you have become my go to site for accurate data…

OceanWatch is perfect for checking the tide before and during kayaking. A quick glance at the watch gives lots of good info. Multiple sites are easily accessed. The best, as far as I’m concerned. And I got a personal email reply when I asked a question.

Easy to use, easy to read. Automatically picks a location close to you when you open, but you can customize with your favorite location(s). You can scroll forward to get times/heights in the future. Absolute best app of this type that I have seen - love it!!

OceanWatch is great. I visit the beach every summer, and OceanWatch tells me exactly what I want to know about the tide. Nothing more, nothing less. No ads and no in app purchases. The watch app is also very useful, since I don’t always bring my phone down to the water.

Ocean Watch is truly a valuable resource to us in the Savannah area. With tide swings of 6-9 feet, the tide is a major consideration in boating. You have to plan your trips very carefully or you might be spending a lot of time sitting around on a sand bar. The extreme accurate times posted on Ocean Watch make it a whole lot easier to plan and have an uneventful trip.

I used to love OceanWatch. But the new update removed the scale on the left. And the photos that don’t represent the location searched. Just one more thing to download. It used to be so simple and provided an instant reading. I will probably move on to a different app. I hope you considering restoring the scale.

Not my first or only tide app, but easily the best I’ve used. Had a user suggestion and it turned out the feature was already in OceanWatch . The developer responded to me within the hour and pointed me to the setting to make it happen.

I live on the water in Connecticut and I check OceanWatch several times a day. Very simple and effective interface. Very easy to scroll ahead and see how high or low the next tide will be. It is fun too to look at other areas of the country, like Seattle for instance, that have odd tidal patterns.

I just started using the new version and I noticed that when it changes from low tide to high tide it still shows the old information on my watch. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to update.

Very irritating. Because AyeTides is a much more comprehensive iPhone app I only use Ocean Watch for it's Watch app which crashes all the time and won't display tide info.

Not worth the money. Oh yeah it was free. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I tried installing OceanWatch repeatedly on my new Apple Watch 3 without ever getting OceanWatch to show anything but a blank screen and Ocean Watch complications failing to render results. The phone app is fantastic though.

I use this thing all the time, and the gizmo at bottom right takes you to contact us, and other features. For example, how to return to Now? A: tap time at bottom.

I love OceanWatch. & I live on OceanWatch. to go fishing. Always dependable and helps me plan my fishing trips with my buddies

Easy and satisfying to use due to its delightful laser-like focus it does one thing, and does so with satisfaction and panache.

Graphs, tables, multiple locations...everything I want in a tide app.

Tried so many of these but this is the best by far. The complication on my Apple watch is perfect and does what you want, gives you what you need at a quick glance.

OceanWatch is so great! It's super simple to use, accurate and beautiful as well. Living near the ocean. I've really come to depend on it.

I use it all of the time. Would love to see the incremental time of tide to be displayed more boldly at the top of the screen for people with bad reading Vision

I use OceanWatch everyday to gauge my paddle board outings!! Never lets me down and let’s me time my outings!! Great job !!
