Needs some work to function with iOS 11.2

Was working pretty much flawlessly until I updated to iOS 11.2 on my iPhone 7+. Default font is too big for screen, and when I edit font face or size, I can’t exit font selection. There’s no “Done” button and app doesn’t respond to taps anywhere on the screen.
App works fairly well but full version still shows ads

I paid for the full version of the app which works pretty well except for I still get ads that pop up which is why I purchased it in the first place...to avoid that kind of junk. #SMH
It definitely functions perfectly...only if you’re using English

The fonts for other languages besides English (such as Chinese and Japanese that was marketed in the pictures) cannot be bolded. It just ends up looking awkward and thin when set to LED.
Not just that but the words are not centered to the middle as shown in the pictures. The words lay slightly closer to the top than bottom. Personally not a big problem, but I think it’s a waste of blank space, when that extra space could be used to make the words appear larger on screen.
