I have been trying to email customer support for 2 months. I am not getting any answers. In early January 2023, I found all my tokens, gold, and level status erased. I was a bronze level and had 500,000 in Gold and Tokens. My account was gone. I sent customer support .txt files of before and after the 'erase', but I still have not gotten any reply. I am hoping to get help from this website. I really can not advised anyone to spend money on this game if you get wiped out..you'll lose your money.
Horrible bingo app

I don’t like this app because the games go way too quick! I’ve had numbers get bingo in under 15 balls! It’s ridiculous... I have the setting at 50 50, no points... don’t think points matter.. but quick bingos happen way too often on this app and it’s just horrible.. fix it please... what are the points for? Can’t believe developers don’t respond to reviews or fix issues

Should be easier to find the full card when playing a game. Seems that people who use the other shapes are always having the same winners and that’s not fair. Should only be full card and what is the specific use of the points?
