Doesn’t work! Don’t waste your time!

Nothing in the free app works as advertised. When I search for the name for phone number in the USA and Canada it ALLWAYS comes back saying, “! Currently not available, try later. OK”. I’ve been trying for 4 days and not once has it worked. I have even used phone numbers I know the name for and I still get the same message. If I can’t get the free version to work I’m definitely NOT going to pay for any Premium service!
Unfortunately I couldn’t rate this ZERO stars or I would. I even contacted customer support and got no response! A real waste of time. Glad I didn’t loose any money on it.
Waste of time and money

This app was working very well until last year, since then it has become the worst. It freezes, doesn’t search most of the time, and lately doesn’t work at all when i try to login with my phone number. Also, there is an identical app which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t too. Support team doesn’t respond too.
Pro Version does not work

I registered my version for 1 week to test how good the app worked. So I spent $2.99. It does not work. I do not get the option of More Info in my search. I sent a support request, but nothing changed. I’m glad I only wasted $2.99. Would not recommend registering for the Pro Version. The Basic Version seems to work as it should, that is why I gave 2 stars for the app. It does have some value, just not what is advertised.
