Update: January 1st, 2018...it has now been almost 3 weeks since I reviewed about the "Server error (9) occurred. Please try again latter" message. I have re-downloaded the game several times and have tried to recover my account with every email under my and my name. I even tried doing it with FB. It did not work. As I have not heard back from the makers, I am officially putting this, what could have been, great game out of my mind.
Maybe in a couple of years I will come back and check it out.
BEWARE! If you transfer from one iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc. to a newer one, be prepared to start from scratch and loose all current data/progress.
Original review: I have had this game for nearly two years now. I have three floors, countless shops and so much money and diamonds. It’s really fun!
Or...at least it was until I switched to a newer iPad. I saved my game, deleted it from my old iPad, and have tried to restore it on the newer one. I keep getting a "Server error (9) occurred. Please try again latter" message. This has been going on for three days now.
There is no way I am going to start over from the beginning as it has taken me two years to get to where I am at. Please fix this or I will be forced to delete the game and forget about it. I really would not like to do that, but will have to if the error message is not fixed. Thanks.
