Impossible to set up!!

The initial set up of this app is absolutely ridiculous! If you try to set up an account with your phone number or email it doesn't Let you set up an account. If you try to login with google it then sends you back and asks you to download the app… of course You've already downloaded the app otherwise you wouldn't be using it!!!!! You get into this endless loop and there's no way out of it. The App was a total waste of my time!!!
Arrrrgggh!!! I can’t even use it and log back in.

I had it to monitor my son’s text life because he is 10 and we just adopted him. This app worked until it didn’t and told me to reinstall. I did and now it doesn’t work at all. Now I have no idea where to turn to find an app that works like this did.

App asks to login and download app when you’ve already downloaded and then wants you to register your phone number. It was very difficult to do and still wasn’t able too. This app wasn’t thought through very well. Needs some considerable work on development.
