Onyx is a scam. After making a deposit and winning. When I tried to withdraw there is an error that comes up. There is zero customer service support as well. No one to talk to or get help. No email as well. SCAM!!! Stay away. I will be reporting Onyx to Apple for removal and the better business bureau
I signed up with Onyx through a $10 to receive $100 in cash promos. When I tried to place my bets they won’t allow me to and when I try to use the promo money they literally tell me that there is not bet placed and I’m unable to place my bets.
After depositing money into this horrible app your location settings must be on which mine is in able to make a prediction/bet, it tells me they can’t verify my location! I can’t withdraw my deposit!! Stay away from this TRASH APP!! Been trying for days and their app is always down for maintenance
Had a cash out option and literally sat spamming for 20 mins straight everytime it just say error then soon as the cash out option was below what I wagered the cash out goes through there no team to reach out to for help or nothing would much rather lose my money else where
The apps interface looks great, the odds are great, but when place bets sometime the fields don’t drag up all the way to place a bet. Also, can’t currently connect to account, and location says it’s unavailable in Florida. However they market it here that it is available.
Onyx has to be the most laggy app I ever used in history, then when you bet it doesn’t even let you it’s says something went wrong everytime
Needs some small updates,
Loading into Onyx it crashes the first time the second time it runs decently, it’s delayed as well, for instance I had a td scorer bet, it hit but a cash out option was available (I didn’t click it because it would’ve been way less than the payout) seems like a way to get you) but if you run Onyx in browser it’s not as bad
Have had a ton of fun playing on this app especially during NFL season.
Love how smooth that app is! My picks place faster on here than DraftKings🧠
By far the best sports prediction product in the market. Really pushing forward what is possible for sports predictions.
I deposited $10 for the $100 bonus bets. Although Onyx wasn’t working at the time, I switched to the browser. It was very easy to bet, and I did win some money. Withdrew it to my debit card the next day!
I’m not sure why people keep claiming scam, but this is not a scam. I will continue to use this app Odds!
