Buggy and Unstable

Please update your game. UI bugs and general instability galore. Livestream button is perpetually locked from the main home screen (need to use other in-game links to access), and idol roster cards often lose the ability to be clicked into, so you can’t do much in the way of upgrading or modifying your collected idols. In short, many game functions are just broken or barely working. After some good progress, game basically hard crashes on startup now when claiming the idle time rewards. The game has some positive qualities, but 1 star for now until fixes come.
Absolutely Zero Support

This game has zero support. I paid for VIP service. I have a receipt for VIP service. My game has no VIP service and is asking me to pay for it. The game has no way to contact support. There is a place to type in what lols like support but you never get a response or even an acknowledgment that you messaged them. There is no way to contact them on their website. There is nothing. So now I am out $20 with nobody to even ask for help.
Crashes, a lot

The game is kind of fun at first. Then it starts crashing a lot. And then it won’t load for a couple of minutes then it crashes again. Lather rinse repeat.
After posting this review, an update was available for bug fixes. I found it after I had a crash. Downloaded the update. Still crashing. Very frustrating.
