I was interested in seeing how this app worked, because I thought it would be interesting. It was interesting, but in more of a “look at how this company is trying to making me think i need their app”. I am doing perfectly fine honestly and i said such in the little quiz they give you. I answered the most positive answers I could find, and at the end? it said “we got BAD news, you are having a LOT of problems. but we can help”. Clearly, this app has no actual interest in your mental health and really is only here to take advantage of struggling people. If it helps you with keeping up with routines or habits, good for you. but may i suggest finding a better, less money hungry app?

This app makes creates an imaginary bar that supposedly acts as a level bar that has no type of value or function to it. You need to track your own goals and task while the only thing the app does is send you a notification. Not all functions of the app are available and it said it did. Plus their support for users doesn’t work properly and changing your subscription is not good. I will demand a refund.

the app preys on depressed/unmotivated people, and has a monthly plan of $18/month or a yearly plan that's $30... but if you decline them then the yearly plan will immediately go down to $20, then $15. it tries extremely hard to get you to pay without you knowing what it is, and makes you rate the app (and asking for 5 stars) before you have a chance to use it.
super scummy group of people.
