I added my credit card only to activate a 3-day trial and did not intend to continue with the subscription for the month of April. However, an amount was automatically deducted from my card on April 2, 2026, at 08:21 PM (Pakistan Time). As I did not want this subscription, I cancelled it on the same day, April 2nd. According to your refund policy, if a monthly subscription is cancelled within a week, the amount is eligible for a refund. Since I cancelled within the same day of the deduction, I kindly request you to process a full refund of PKR 9,800 to my original payment method. I also blocked my credit card on the same day. I also, have filled the form shared by your team, and it's been 20 days, I haven't heard back regarding the refund.
