The app initially synced with my hot tub for about 30 minutes but has continuously disconnected. Attempts to connect by standing at the hot tub to use Bluetooth it initially connects, and then immediately disconnect saying it has trouble accessing the Internet. Of course this doesn’t make sense because I’m trying to connect using Bluetooth. I spent the better part of the day trying to set up my hot tub, but I am unable to since I’m not getting any readings on salt levels. Furthermore the gecko app used control your hot tub is terrible. Like this app, it keeps disconnecting from the Internet. The dependency on using apps to control your hot tub, makes the hot tub, unreliable, frustrating, and useless. You should be able to control your app with the hot tub panel and the app should just be a convenience as a back up. I will be calling Master Spas and requesting that they take back the hot tub.
