I emailed you a day or 2 ago and have not had a reply. I noticed last weekend that for no apparent reason my Credits went from more than 500 to 15, this is very inconvenient and I would really appreciate a quick response as to why this is the second time this sort of thing has happened to me within the 6 weeks or so I have been with Clipfly.
