How to fix DogTalk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DogTalk app on iPhone
Update DogTalk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DogTalk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DogTalk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DogTalk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DogTalk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DogTalk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DogTalk App
1. On android, goto Settings » DogTalk » click [Force Stop]

Update DogTalk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DogTalk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DogTalk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DogTalk.

Fix DogTalk unable to contact server/ DogTalk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DogTalk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DogTalk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DogTalk
