It won’t work!

I was so excited that you have an app and downloaded it right away, but it doesn’t work. The landing screen when you try to open SacramentoPublicLibrary just spins and spins and spins and never opens. It’s also very frustrating that there’s no way to contact support for help.

Not a bad first step, but the new search is wonky. Library news and notes(ala the website) would have been a nice touch.
No Link+ connection severely limits the utility of SacramentoPublicLibrary for me.
