Close and restart the ARK app on iPhone
Update ARK app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARK iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ARK app issues:

Force Stop the ARK App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ARK app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ARK to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARK App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ARK app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ARK.

Fix ARK unable to contact server/ ARK internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ARK » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ARK » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ARK on android.
