I officially hate this game!!! I have exchanged my items in the collections several times and have NOT received what I should have! For example, I just exchanged two collections for two- 320 XP got nothing both times. Another example of your cheating the consumer; I go through the entire week working towards the award at the end (it was a valuable chest), but when I get to it you changed the award to something lesser value.
People! Avoid this game like the plague!

I normally buy most of your games on sight, but now I'll question each one.
Adding in the option would have at least saved some dignity, but the bottom line is, it simply ruins the game.

This is a fun and somewhat addicting game, but you essentially canβt play without shelling out A LOT of real money. Game play is based on energy, not lives. And this means that you can play for about ten minutes before you run out and have to start buying coins and diamonds. After paying in over $50, I had to delete. Such a shame.
