Every time I press it it closes right away tried everything and nothing

I just wanna customize my characters. Everyone else can, so why can’t I? Is this targeted or something? In my character menu, I just don’t have the customize character button. I’ve restarted the game, I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve cleared cache, I’ve deleted and redownloaded my game, and you won’t let me delete my account. So, since you clearly don’t want me to enjoy the game, then I won’t. I was so excited, too.
Crashes When Opened

This game looks very promising, however every time I open the game I’m met with a black screen immediately followed by the game crashing. Would recommend if your device can handle the game. (Bandai please fix your games)
