Have no idea how to keep the app running correctly. Which plays into their hands if this is all planned and makes you have to spend more money to catch up with those that are not having the technical issues that you will have. They have no actual tech or people with the company giving any information they just have a couple of moderators on discord.
Bad customer support

This is a nice game with potential but it has so many bugs and errors and if you uninstall the app the game says your account data isn’t found everytime and customer support doesn’t care about you they don’t help and leave you with the problem for days to come until you lose interest and still get no help, my sever is pretty dead thanks to all the errors this game has with no fix.
Can not connect

Played the game for two days. It ran alright and seemed very similar to other games of this genre but now I get a failure to obtain server version file error and it won’t connect. So I can’t play it. Very disappointed. Now it is fixed after over 12 hours but my progress is gone and I have to start over. Worst experience ever. I would stay away from this game unless the developers start to get their act together.
