Can’t even sign in

The ux is insanely bad. Like next level bad. I can’t even tell you how the experience is because I can’t even sign in. Most people these days use a password manager but there’s no way to use one with the sign in form because you can’t paste as the form decides to move modes every time you touch the password form. Also for some reason my password simply doesn’t work. Do not shut down the old app until you get some QA or maybe a half-competent UX designer on this one. I have a LOT of content in Big Finish and this new app is rendering it completely useless.
Can’t even log in

Downloaded the new app, and tried to sign in. It would only tell me that the password is wrong, and link to reset my password takes me to somewhere that isn’t Big Finish. Looks very suspicious.

I downloaded but was unable to log in and access my content. When I tried to retrieve my password the link is broken.
