Dear Suno Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the ongoing issues I have been experiencing while using your app over the past several months. For more than five months, I have been dealing with problems that have significantly limited my production quality and overall experience on the platform. One of the biggest issues is that I am unable to properly use the Persona feature. Every time I try to access or create personas, it either shows as unavailable or simply does not work. This has been extremely frustrating because personas are an important part of helping me create unique and personalized music. Another major concern is the lack of variety in generated tracks. No matter how much I change my prompts, many of the beats sound nearly identical. In addition, a large percentage of the vocals and voices also sound the same across different songs, almost as if the same vocal style is being reused repeatedly. This makes it difficult to create original productions and limits the creative potential of the app. I have also wasted a significant number of credits trying to work around these issues, only to receive poor results and limited functionality. On top of that, there were times when the app malfunctioned and took credits that I had already paid for—more than once. This has been both costly and disappointing. I would also like assistance with merging my tracks from one account over to my main account, as I had to use multiple accounts during a period when the app was not functioning properly for me. At this point, I would like to know what can be done to resolve these issues. I am asking for support regarding: 1. Fixing access to the Persona feature so it works properly 2. Addressing the repeated beat and vocal similarity problems 3. Reviewing and restoring lost or wasted credits due to app errors 4. Helping merge my tracks to my main account 5. Providing a solution that allows me to fully use the platform without these ongoing limitations I have invested both time and money into using Suno, and I would appreciate a serious review of these concerns. Right now, the limitations are affecting my ability to create quality productions, and I would like to see a proper resolution. I look forward to your response and hope we can find a fair solution. I inadvertenly logged into suno with my google account,that created a new account which I don't want,I am trying to regain access to my original account but suno if giving me instructions that does not work i believe it is a bot or chat box because it is telling me the same thing all the time. here is suno's reply to me :Hey David! I completely understand your frustration — I found your account and can help you get back to making music! Here's what happened: When you logged in with Google, Suno created a new empty account because it didn't recognize that login method. Your original account with all 148 songs and your active Pro subscription is still safe — it's just tied to your phone number login, not Google. To access your original account with all your songs: Go to suno.com Click "Log In" DO NOT click "Continue with Google" — this takes you to the empty account Instead, look for the phone number login option Enter your phone number: +1 246-237-9596 (the one ending in 9596) You'll receive an SMS code — enter that code You should now see your account "accra20" with all your songs!. those instructions are not working.I believe the new account that was open need to be close because when I try to login it is taking me straight to that account. i need someone to fix my problem.

Hello. I think I have paid for two subscriptions already. Please check your records to make certain that I am not paying for two subscriptions. I have a friend named John Fadiga who asked me to use my Bank of America debit card so that he could begin with suno. I allowed him to make the $10.00 + payment with my card. I just saw a $22.00 payment to you on my card yet I received no notice of a bill, etc. I have tried to contact him for the last few days and have not gotten a return call. Suno won't allow me to add new songs in create. I get a message that says something about 'stacks'. I also used an online support video for changing lyrics. It must be old because it doesn't work. I love Suno but it gets pretty complicated if you aren't a techi. Thanks.

Hello, Suno! I just noticed that version 3.5 has been removed from Suno! However though, one of the songs that I want to continue working with is using version 3.5! However though, I am on the Free plan! Can you please give me back version 3.5 so that I can continue working on that song? I even tried out version 4.5 for free with V4.5-All, but then noticed that the song sounded different when I used the "Extend" feature on that song to try and make an alternative version of the song! At first, I liked the app. But the basic plan doesn't allow editing. So I paid for the upgrade and found that the Android app still doesn't allow editing. I tried to log into my account on my pc and it doesn't recognize my email. Suno's customer service isn't returning my emails so I guess I'm stuck. Looks like a fun product but if you have a problem, their customer service sucks.

hey guys I want to start off by saying that I love this app. that being said for the better part of a week now the simple music generation is severely lacking. I have wasted no less than 100 credits on songs that when produced are just my exact prompt set to 30 seconds of music.

Glad to see Suno get an app, but it not a very good app. For now, the website is better. First it has a horrible background graphic that makes some text hard to read. It is a gradient graphic of some sort that is utterly unappealing. Second, the app seems to struggle to load songs. Performance is better on the website. Thirdly, one would expect an app would have more controls, not fewer. The reuse prompt option isn’t there. There is no back button to go to a previous song in a playlist only a forward button. They should look at other music streaming apps and just copy the basic controls on them such as random play order in playlists, downloading whole play lists and so on. The only thing to say in its favour is that it is a less crowded interface than the website and that it plays nicer with IOS audio controls than the browser interface where audio control buttons usually don’t work when you don’t have the page loaded.

I absolutely LOVE this app. There however are a few details I absolutely HATE. The first thing is they are trying to scam you out of your money by making the premier plan thr same thing as the pro plan. Let me explain. It had the exact same stuff as pro its just more expensive. I HAD TO USE TGE WEBSITE. TO MAKE SONGS BC THE APP DIDNT LET ME MAKE A SINGLE SONG. I regret saying it was a good app. Its horrible. You shouldn't have to pay at all to have this app. Something it needs is to not have to pay for it unless you want to make more than 10 songs a day, you should be able to know if its instrumental or not, and you should be able to choose if its instrumental ir not. THATS IT. A REPLY FROM A VERY VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER 😤I WILL DOWNLOAD IT BACK WHEN YOU TAKE MY ADVICE. No offense tho. Im just helping you with your app. So more people will download it.

The music generated is actually really good, and it's really awesome that you get 50 free credits a day without a subscription, but I just spent 20 credits trying to create a song to practice using the interface and the first song I came up with, it didn't generate any lyrics and made an instrumental track even though I gave it a prompt of what to write the song about - and the second time I tried to describe the feel of the lyrics in the lyrics tab where it says "Enter your own lyrics or describe a song" and so I described what I wanted the lyrics to be about and it just sang my description 🤦🏻‍♂️ not particularly thrilled that I just wasted 20 credits and got nothing even close to what I was expecting!
