4 Most reported problems 😔💔
Received yesterday took more than an hour to set up finally worked after seeing online message indicating that turning on AIRPLANE mode would get it to be seen by my phone, it worked. This morning nothing! I have turned AIRPLANE mode on and off, Bluetooth on and off, restarted my phone uninstalled the app and reinstalled multiple times. Is this device, 3CAB72B45441(12V) bad?
Network Error!

Can’t even use the app with the device. It sees the device and the voltage during setup but once you have serial number it tries to connect to somewhere and says Network Error! And nothing anywhere tells me how to fix this even when I have tried 5 different network connections on my iPhone. Worthless.
App does not reconnect to BT

After you connect and walk away from the unit, when you return, if the app is still open, and you check the RED BT icon, it does not reconnect. You have to force close the app, and open again.
Hopefully this can be investigated and fixed, and a software version firmware made available.
