I just purchased this to recover and email I have just deleted . I opted for the one week plan just in case this isn’t what I wanted..
I immediately realized that I could not recover the email. I had just deleted. So I decided to cancel. As I was searching for a way to cancel, I realized that each of the buttons works, except for the SUPPORT button and the CONTACT US button. Good thing the RATE US button works!
Suggest you find a different message recovery app. JCS.
The charge you more than the amount they say they will charge immediately not after 3 days. It also doesn't do that it is intended to do. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Please be aware there is no free trial and also I never got a refund when I switched from 9.99 to 4.99. Please don’t download Recow

They force you to give a 5 star rating if you want to use the trial but then it does not work. I changed my rating and added this comment.
Recow don't work it's a scam I purchased the one month plan and test Recow with another phone I was not able to see the deleted messages

Recow doesn’t work. Do not install and pay for it. It’s waste of your money and the customer service team won’t even respond to your emails back.
Very disappointing and pathetic customer service.
