Free trial??

I downloaded this app for the free trial to see if it would work on my device using Bluetooth. It does not work without Wi-Fi. I cannot cancel this subscription anywhere within the app. I sent several emails saying I want to cancel the subscription. The app said that you can cancel anytime. Additionally, it said that you have a three day free trial. I knew this app would not do what I needed within 10 minutes. My major issue is that there is nowhere within the app to cancel the subscription. At this point, I have not received any email response. I’m not sure if that is how they expect one to cancel the subscription. This app may be very good at what it does however, it doesn’t do what I need. It does feel like a scam however, I’m not sure. I will update this as soon as I get a response.

1 star is to many should have a negative stars for this trash app that doesn’t work but I click the free trial confirm by click my side button only to find out I’ve been charged $6.99 were I had click the free trial now I have to argue fight pull up all kinds of documents just for 6.99 to be return to me because there garbage didn’t give me the free trial then I would have known it doesn’t even work
