I purchased FaceAi and paid for the one year subscription. Once in FaceAi , it asked me to make additional purchases to buy credits for additional features. Which I did -those credits were never credited to my account.

Anytime you want to make a video it ask for more money, if you pay it, it still doesn’t give you the video. It just seems like one big scam.

I emailed Support multiple times with no response

FaceAi was good until it added the credit system. I got the annual subscription but now can’t even see my videos. Let’s see if they’ll make it right if they reply to this review

Was great until they added a new pay wall on top of the premium subscription. What’s the point of a premium subscription if you’re going to push paying to see the content? Waste of money:(

Very bad program not do any tink

I loved FaceAi until they added the credit system, I payed for premium but that doesn’t mean a single thing if you don’t have credits, FaceAi never even mentioned I’d have to pay for credits after I pay 7$ week and credits are absolutely overpriced like I have to pay 10$ to see a single video, FaceAi is milking you for money so I do not recommend FaceAi unless they completely remove the credit system

I’ve spent over $70 in tokens, but it’s still telling me I only have 49 tokens and I have to purchase more in order to watch the videos I’ve put together! Don’t waste your money!!

Don’t waste your money. The software platform is horrible and the video selection is useless. Its easier to find a free service online.

I thought Apple was supposed to vet developers? FaceAi is a scam to get your contact info. It says it will cost 1 credit to make something, and you get one free credit for providing your email address. After you do it says “You are out of credits!” and do you wanna know what it costs to view your creation? FIFTY credits! So now you’ve given them a video, a photo, and an email address and you get nothing in return. Apps like these are predatory in nature and should be handled quickly and efficiently by Apple

FaceAi used to be the best face swap app on the market. The credit system is absolutely ridiculous. Why pay a subscription just to have to pay extra to watch the videos you made? You’re literally paying for the subscription already. It’s just become greed.

Do NOT reply to this saying what you’ve told everyone else. I’ve sent emails and I’ve done what you guys suggested already. Instead, TAKE THE CREDIT SYSTEM OFF NOW.

If you click enough X’s in the top right corner you can make a video for free, it won’t let you view it though, then if you buy the “popular” weekly subscription to view your video, you don’t get to view it, you have to pay additional money to view it. Overall FaceAi is a scam that’s not worth a dime annually. If there was a 0 star rating I would have selected it.

FaceAi has a subscription that gets you absolutely nothing. You have to buy credits on top of the subscription in order to even view your videos. This really tried to charge me $16 for a 5 second clip. 😂😂

There’s other apps and websites that cost money but they don’t blatantly try to rob you like these people.

Once you try to make a video in the video is done he won’t even let you watch the video. What is the point please don’t download this and find another app. I don’t understand the point of making a video if you can’t even watch it if you try to watch it, it will make you try to buy some thing.

They don’t even allow you to do a example to see if it’s worth buying. Literally let you go through all the steps just to ask for money before you see anything. IMO if you are not willing to show your value before asking for money then you have no value. Trash. Keep looking

I don’t know the person who owns FaceAi but I can definitely sit here and say he doesn’t have high intelligence when it comes to a business standpoint, u pay $7 a week to then have to pay $10 for 50 credits that only works for one video? I mean seriously who is paying for this.

FaceAi worked fine for about a month. The annual subscription allowed me to create and view all videos. Now I have pay to view videos even though I bought a subscription for the year. No where did it say that after a while you have to buy credits to view your creations plus the email that’s provided for their customer service does not work. Invalid email or some sort.

Can’t even review my videos after buying the subscription. definitely contacting apple for this.

After paying for the initial premium subscription, you’re asked to pay again to view your content so that you may “enjoy a premium experience.”

Definite scam and the developer is probably having a hard time paying bills.

Made two videos and asks for more money. I paid $10 for 50 credits on a video that said it only needed one credit. Tried to make another after that and the only option was buy 50 more credits.

If you want to use it you have to pay for a subscription but what they dont tell you is that you also have to buy credits on top of that to actually have full access just for FaceAi to not live to expectations, just avoid it altogether!!!

Paid for the subscription, only to be hit with another attempt to charge for something I already paid for. Shame because it’s a pretty cool app. I know the developers will “respond” generically, and I say… if someone pays for your app already don’t try to charge them again. That’s just shady.

This whole app is behind a pay wall. It prompts me to buy the premium subscription so I can watch the video I created which is 7$ a week. After I pay, it says I need to buy a 10 dollar credit for 50 points in order to see the video. Immediate uninstall. Scam app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! you will regret it

I purchased a subscription hoping I could do more videos with out waiting for 24 hours. Why pay for a subscription I have to pay more to do videos? I have emailed 3 times and no response! I would love an explanation!

Why would you pay for the video separately when you actually have subscription that’s exactly what happened in the beginning they ask you to subscribe for the membership then again you have to pay for video. Ok that’s fine I would pay for it. now I bought some credits but I never got any credit even I pay for it a lot of problem with FaceAi. I have contacted Support and there was no reply whatsoever. Apple was kind enough to refund me the money that I spent. I saw somebody actually replying on each of the review that was posted I think whoever doing it is a bot I’m sure nobody got any reply from the Support.

FaceAi does not let you access any part of it without first subscribing and paying money. It doesn’t even offer you a free trial to see if it even works the way that they claim. I wish I could give it zero stars. I don’t understand how it has a four star rating. I don’t believe that the five star reviews are legitimate. I don’t have any evidence to substantiate this, and I am not accusing them of having people make fake reviews. I’m just saying that I do not believe that they are legitimate.

I’m not shooting no email so don’t reply saying that just fix ur app like be so fr the payments are crazy and there isn’t even a picture option. U have to pay a subscription to even maybe videos and then PAY for credits to see them. Horrible app don’t download or buy anything from because ur gonna waste ur money

u might as well make FaceAi for purchase instead of having us download a FREE app for content we have to pay for. not even a free trial.

Again, what’s the point in having fun with FaceAi and video editing if u can’t see the video you’ve made?? All for a price. meanwhile, your competitors are making free user content and winning.

I wanted to make an AI Face swap video so I purchased a one week subscription. Put the pieces together and waited for the video to process only for a pay wall to pop up in order to VIEW the video I just created. It’s stupid. You have to PAY to use FaceAi and then PAY AGAIN to view your content. And they hide these pay walls without telling you beforehand. FaceAi is bogus. Save your time and save your money

I paid for a yearly subscription but now I Jafet I buy credits. I wish I could get my money back. BEWARE the subscription is useless. You basically give them $40 for them to charge you what you get without a subscription. Absolutely horrible business and I hope they tank soon so they can stop ripping people off. I don’t expect a refund but if they had any integrity, they would. That’s funny

Makes you buy credits after 1 video and subscription

Shouldn’t have to wait for the edits. Quality is horrendous at that. This is for very simple ppl who don’t know how to use Canvas let alone Snapchat.
Don’t waste your time if you REALLY want to face swap this is garbage.

Genuinely awful, it doesn’t even let you view the video it made without prompting to pay for a subscription with every button you click. Don’t waste your time with it

App keeps freezing. Support doesn’t answer or fix. I have videos loading for DAYS!!!!!!!!

Scam they make y sign up for a week or a month or a year and steel your money app does not function or do what advertisement says. Also there support and company domain is down permanently App Store needs to remove.

Thought I’d give it a try so I downloaded FaceAi they gave me two credits use both of them and they both said they failed waste of time

App is absolute trash and does not work as described. Don’t download it.

Watermark stays on and the video quality is terrible.

Videos keep freezing and getting stuck. Cannot open, edit or delete once they freeze. Several frozen videos are continuously trying to update. First one has been saying ready in 17 minutes for three days. Emails to koi support come back as undeliverable. Save your money.

It didn’t work and I had it sitting on my table for a hour and it still didn’t work it got me all excited for no reason

Once you pay (i paid the year), the quality goes down and they leave their watermark on everything you create. No refunds either

Just bought the yearly subscription $42 and every video I try to make says FAILED. DO NOT GET IT. ITS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.

I purchase FaceAi face swap with a year subscription, I was happy with it until 4 days ago. In order to access the clips made I have to purchase credits. Each video cost me 5 credits i had to purchase 25 credit for $12.5. That’s a shame because those cost was not advertised up front. I would recommend not to purchase app if that how they going to operate.

Can’t even see videos after buying premium

Hello I wrote a email to support and have not recieved a response yet, I would like you to know that I’m now getting a message saying I’ve reached my daily limit what is this and how long does it last and I purchased lightning points to use for enhancement of the videos I’m making but there not showing up and I don’t want to pay for something I’m not using please reply back ASAP please

Every button you push it will say “buy a premium” or something like that, and you can make only 1 video every 24 hours? I mean it’s alright, but I figured out that this video will be only 5 seconds long? Yeah 2 stars without premium is max for this, maybe it is much better With premium, but I’m not gonna find that out

The videos are good I admit but they take long and when it says 11 minutes it just stays like that for hours on end this gotta be fixed

Absolutely wonderful high res graphics, fast processing and well worth the money. Ideally I would love to multiple faces to be processed, at this time we can only do one. Great app, lots of fun, well worth it
