I originally downloaded FreeBooks because I love reading books on my free time and I came across this one, I got everything set up but when I went to go click on the book it wouldn’t even open it and would proceed to boot me out of FreeBooks , such a waste of time.

won’t load any subjects if i’m lucky to even open discover, it literally just spins for a solid minute then says retry. FreeBooks will happily open to its instagram, showing it’ll load. my wifi speed is fine and i even switched to data for a solid minute. waste of time

I am very sure that most of these novels are AI generated… novels don’t exist when I google them. very disappointing

Why all the books seem like AI generated?

FreeBooks is great for picking up and reading things- I’ve read quite a few things myself already and the experience is well-done. But the search for specific books or authors does not work at all, just showing the most “popular” books regardless of what you search, meaning it’s hard to find any particular book at all. It may have a big selection but there’s not much point if you can’t search for it.

It’s weird that the name is this app when you have to pay to read them, doesn’t make sense to me

Do you think you could add more modern young adult or children’s books since I don’t really want to be reading all the old fashioned books?

I wish the books had pages. As someone who tracks the amount I read in pages, not chapters, I would appreciate if you could add a page function for the readers that want it along with the chapter layout for the readers that like that format
