Great concept, lowkey bad execution. There’s no button to ‘send’ your drawing to friend or partner so you don’t know if they got it until they text you, the pictures i try putting up glitch out and turn back to the original one that was posted, the link for pairing i sent to my boyfriend didn’t work, and it took me forever to figure out PaintLove . great idea just a bad app design in my opinion.

I would’ve given it a higher rating but for whatever reason, I’m not given the options to install the widget and set the wallpaper unlike Android does. I’m on iOS so not sure if it’s still underway for it or something. Note: Android does have that option/feature but just not for iOS unless it’s just me having that problem
Can’t find widget

The drawing works perfectly as we can tell by going in PaintLove itself. However I can’t put PaintLove up as a widget it doesn’t show up in my list of widgets

I love the concept of PaintLove and think it’s a really good idea. However it is lacking in a couple areas but if they fixed it definitely an app for couples or friends. Sometimes when I draw something it doesn’t stay and when my gf opens her app or checks her widget it’s a black page. Also, idk what the button down on the bottom of the screen after you draw but I wish it sent a notification to the other person that you drew something. If that’s its purpose, it doesn’t work. A lot of potential in PaintLove if they can fix the kinks.

I tried PaintLove with my bf. after u draw it takes a bit for it to load to ur wallpaper, i believe the “send ping push” is to make it show up faster.
Overall it’s cute and it makes me n him happy.
