I can’t login and can’t reset my password
i am not able to change my password, log in or anything. when I try to log a ticket it gives me a 504 time out. I need this fixed as I use it to log in and out
I am locked out of the Compass Time Entry app. Can I talk to someone as it says I am locked and it gives me a time out error. thanks alot
Horrible Experience with this App

This app freezes constantly and the only way to unfreeze is deleting it. The time clock option does NOT update, so when you try to clock in, the app denies the entry and tells me that I am past quitting time and therefore need manager approval. This message appears at the start of my shift because the previous day time entries have not cleared and are still showing. I have deleted and reinstalled on different devices with the same results!
‘Out of range’

I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app a few times but I still receive the ‘out of range’ notification regardless of whether I am on site or in front of the time clock. It’s honestly very degrading as an employee to experience an app that doesn’t allow me to record my worked hours accurately. A fix would be much appreciated.

Y’all need to really fix this app. Get your IT folks or whoever on it ASAP! My hours disappear like they were there few weeks ago now I can’t see anything. It’s real glitchy it’s like you guys just threw this together. Should really think about switching over to the gusto app! It’s way better than this. Horrible app. 0 stars
