I bought a year subscription by accident and quickly canceled my subscription but it is still trying to charge me $63 and i dont even use BestBodyAI and haven’t used it since that day and now im not able to put cards on my apple id because it keeps trying to take money from me. I NEED you to cancel the subscription like i intended WITHOUT BEING CHARGED!!
UPDATE: It charged my card and took the money out and when I redownloaded BestBodyAI its telling me that i have to buy another subscription when the one i have is still active even though i cancelled it. I want my full $63 back!!!
The pictures are not sized correctly when I open and after I highlight the parts I wanted changed there’s no way to get it to do anything other than a erase the part I highlighted. Junk!
When I uploading pictures they are not sized they are super zoom and when i am highlighting there is nothing i can do about it , i have iPhone 15 pro max
I am using a iPhone 13 Pro Max and when I try to edit a photo, it is not properly sized to the screen and I can’t do anything with it. App is useless.
Straight up: you load a picture, it says highlight the area you want to change, and then nothing…
I wanted to try it out for a week so signed up for that subscription. I accidentally deleted BestBodyAI , and when I redownloaded it, it would not restore my subscription.
i purchased the 3.99 weeky subscription to try it out and cancel it if i didnt like it, now everytime i open BestBodyAI it only shows me the photo generator screen, and no button to go to the homescreen, or even see a menu/profile, i want my subscription cancelled immediately, this is illegal and im not happy at all about this, i would like a response to this message
I paid for a subscription and it does not work. Not once. Every time it stays on a zoomed picture I’m highlighting. It never goes to the next screen. Waste of time.
Photo is too big and doesn’t let you do anything, screen just loads and loads and doesn’t give any options! Horrible! I want a refund. Calling apple tomorrow.
I’m not buying any app that I cannot even get a trial for if it meets my expectations. So many ai apps are awful, how would I know BestBodyAI is any better without trying it first?
If you buy week subscription and cancel before your week is up, you forfeit those remaing days you PAID for as you’ll be unable to use it without an active subscription. You’ve been warned.
It does not do what you ask it to do, cannot follow simple instructions. It replaces the highlighted parts with random related parts, the edited parts do not even look like it’s part of the original picture. Complete GARBAGE do not buy.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Worst AI app. The stupid app doesn’t change anything correctly, it doesn’t listen to the promps you give it, it makes glitchy half done pictures of things you didn’t ask for, and they charge a mint of 8 dollars a week just to even access it????🤦♂️ I want a refund BestBodyAI is bulls***
App will berate you with in app purchases and doesn't work anyways. You'll wait for nearly 5 minutes before being told there is server maintenance. Have tried multiple times and re download. Still does not work.
I would give it zero stars if that was possible. they don’t even give you a free trial to look at them first to see what your buying. they were quick to hurry to take your money and I’m so glad I didn’t buy from them and how they got rated number is just beyond unless their lying because there’s no way. I seen better AI apps and this was legit horrible looking.
Been using BestBodyAI for about a month. Bought the subscription on a deal of like $20-25. I have a lot of suggestions for the creators. It could become better if they would update BestBodyAI and make things more user friendly. That would change my review a bit.
App works well when you get a photo small enough. If you have a normal size photo you can only see the center of it which makes this useless.
Taking too long to download pictures too small
when opening a photo for edit, the photo opens very large and does not allow me to edit any areas of the photo - I am using iphone 15
