I was playing this game for years. It was one of my favorites. All of a sudden it stops performing. It crashes all the time, sometimes I get it open and I start to play and it crashes. Other times it crashes the moment I put my finger to the screen. I have spent a lot of money with in app purchasing and have written them dozens of times. Each time they get the game to work for a few levels and then it crashes. I have lost lives and coins consistently when and if I get to play. I finally decided it is not worth the aggravation and frustration to play and have now deleted with 180 coins still available. It is a shame that a good game went bad all because the developers are obviously programming something wrong for their loyal customers. I will miss the old days of playing when it never crashed. Too bad they have lost players because of their inability to fix the unstable nature.

This game is rigged !!!!!! It is doing whatever it can to make you lose I have been on level 60 for a WEEK and it moves all the captured jelly’s all over so it is impossible to connect the jelly’s Do NOT buy this game it is RIGGED!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒😒

I get that it gets harder each level but I have only been playing for 3 weeks and I’m on level 60 . I can not even imagine what it will be like in the mid 100s and 1000 it is horrible. I thought it was a easy game you could play before bed but no. I find myself thinking of strategies for the game before bed and getting frustrated when playing. I can’t believe people for keeping JellySplash when they are in the one thousands they are probably either a genius or crazy . You go people that made it to the thousands 👏. I used to LOVE Jelly Splash. It was interesting to play, had great sounds and visuals, could definitely be challenging but was never impossible.

Some greed demon took over the game’s makers or something, as now many games — even at the lower levels — are barely possible to pass, much less master, unless you spend big on boosters, etc. The Ancient Tower on weekends is also a joke (though this was always true) — I think the highest I ever got one lucky day is Level 6 (out of 14).

But things have gotten even worse recently — now you often don’t even get your promised rewards. There have been many occasions over the last couple of months where I was due to collect 2-3 stars’ worth of coins for the Piggy Bank … but simply wasn’t given them, period. That’s especially maddening when you’ve spent one of your precious boosters or slogged thru a video just to get that better score, something that happened to me TWICE today and prompted this unhappy review.

Note to Jelly Splash: Unless you change your evil ways, I’m only to play until I am out naturally. IOW, I’m not going to give you another dime!!

I wondered why in the past I had deleted this game because I really enjoy playing it... the thing is you can only go so far before you don’t have enough Stars to continue.. or you can pay fir more stars to get past the lock. Trying to get even more stars on a level you’ve beat is dang near impossible the way they have it set up. I want progress in the games I play to be able to move forward and not to for days have to play the same levels hoping you get just the right set up to earn your 3 stars instead of one star! And if Tick’s me off that they only give you so many lives before you have to turn the Game off and let TIME give you more lives... wouldn’t the maker of the game want you play their game non stop?? Of course you can PAY to get more lives to hopefully earn enough stars to get to new levels!!! Had to delete!!

This used to be my favorite game, I loved it and played every day. But in the last few months it has changed for the worse. Levels should be harder as you go up, not impossible! I’m in the 1100 level. In order to win a level, apparently you have to either hit the ‘one’ correct way or pay lots of money to buy more moves and other aids. And the “unlimited lives” tower on the weekends? Geez! I’ve spent the last 5 weeks never getting past the third level - there’s 15 levels!! I’m embarrassed to even say how much I’ve spent! It’s all very rigged now and sometimes what I see pan out in a game is just pathetically and obviously rigged! Sadly, this game is just a way for them to make money and I am no longer supporting their greediness. It’s a shame, because the game used to be fun and you felt like you had great chances to advance. Save your money and move on!!!!

I have been playing it for many years now. It is great and the levels are interesting and fun. It really keeps me entertained. However, this new version is making the game difficult and annoying. I am in level 1023. I understand that the higher you go the difficult the level becomes but the difficulty is insane. I may play one level for over a week (playing 2 - 3 times a day) and use power ups and still end up loosing. Another major pitfall of this version is that it crashes all the time. I sometimes cannot even get it to open. When I finally get it to work it crashes during and after I am playing. It is very annoying because it happens every single time. This bug has been there for at least the last 3 updates. Every time the update comes out it says that they fixed annoying bugs. That might be true but that crashing bug has not been solved. I am going to stop playing until they come up with a new version. If the new version still has that bug I will stop playing with it definitely.

I loved this game till I got to the higher levels. The higher the level, the harder it became and unless you have the bonus items to help you through some of the levels, forget it, your stuck, which is “forcing” you to use real money to buy the bonus items just so you can move on. That’s a waste if you ask me! I want to enjoy playing the game not blow through 5 lives boom, then have to wait. The ancient tower is wonderful, I can play for hours if I had the time to and not worry about using up lives, still challenging and that’s what I like, and “if” I “choose” to spend real money at that point, okay, but the other is just too over the top challenging once you reach higher levels. Jelly groups are way too hard

I’ve had this game for years. I absolutely love it. But oh my god some of these levels are so freaking hard. Like it isn’t even funny. I’ve legitimately had mental breakdowns from some levels. Some of them have taken me MONTHS to finish. Not even joking. It’s gotten to the point where I literally cry from frustration from them. It’s actually ridiculous. I know the higher you go in the game the levels get harder but this is just too much. I’ve been playing since I was 14 and now I’m 19. This game has made me reach a level of anger that I didn’t even know existed. But I can’t delete JellySplash . It’s just addicting. But my gosh it gets so hard that it makes you want to delete the game. How can you guys make this game look so cute and innocent but so evil inside. Jelly Splash, you have officially ruined my life forever.

I remember when this first came out. I played it for a long time (got into the mid 1000+ level range) but I deleted it a year or two ago and forgot why.

So I re-downloaded it and remembered why.

Pros: Graphics are cute. Love the sounds. JellySplash doesn’t bombard you with ads like a lot of other similar games.

Cons: I didn’t mind when they added in the feature to gatekeep levels, meaning you have to earn a certain amount of stars in order to get more.

What I do hate it that there is no fast travel to find levels where you don’t have three stars. It takes forever to scroll down to the bottom and then slowly scroll your way back up until you find something.

Also, JellySplash will sometimes force you to purchase a booster. They will give you free coins and force you to buy one if you tap on a level. This wouldn’t be so bad except it can get really frustrating if you accidentally tap a level you don’t need to replay. There’s no way to opt out of buying the booster.

I don’t like using boosters for levels unless I am desperate so this feature is especially annoying for me. Just let me say I don’t want to buy the booster.

And help me find levels that don’t have three stars.

I love playing the game and have been for almost 4 years. It's more than just tapping touching colors. There's actually challenge and often strategy to it. However, sometimes it just crashes. Hate that when I am almost completing a level I've been working on for a long time. Also, when I earn free time on the wooden wheel, it usually crashes right as I start to play and then I lose all the free time and have to start over earning it again. A few levels are so difficult I use all my bonuses to try to get through it as after a few days the same level will get boring. Wish I could use I could use coins to pass after so many attempts. But all in all, I love the game itself.

I’ve been playing this game for around eight years now, and it’s only gotten better as the years have passed! The gameplay mechanics are great, the sound effects and music are perfect, and with the available power ups (which have gotten so much more attainable over the years), there’s no reason not to love it. Thanks for continuing to update and expand this fun connect-match game! Especially during this quarantine it’s helped me while away the hours (and hours and hours...)

I love this game however some of the levels are super difficult and it takes days to finish even using the power ups etc.. so here’s my idea maybe add a power up thing that lets you skip a level like you give a certain amount of coins and you can skip it and go back before you unlock the next set of levels that way you still have to complete the level before you continue to the next set but you don’t have to get so frustrated over being stuck on a level

Only game I play every day. It is always challenging. Have been playing for years and I am still intrigued by the different moves involved. I always work to 3 star a level before I move on. Have found no other game like it unfortunately. They all become boring pretty quickly. Only thing I wish you could change is the ads. I understand the need for them but on many games there are ways to speed them up or opt out of them. Could you please add something similar to your game?

It is the easiest app game I’ve played in my life a kid or a elders like your friends or mom dad or fam. JellySplash game also shows you about thinking of planning ahead so you know what’s going on. It makes you learn life skills too. See it’s fun and it teaches you many things. If you don’t agree that fine don’t write a hate comment just g2g go is my point even if you don’t like other people like yourself since you dont like other people then you might not like yourself stop putting yourself down always and live a life even if you don’t like people I still like you

Why do I keep on getting white blank screen after being prompted to watch advertisement? It is crazy to be out of action for many days every time this happened!!!😩
Playing this game is really really frustrating. It crashes all the time even just after one game. Please fix the bugs! I made the mistake again yesterday for tapping on the spinning wheel to watch the advertisement, no price for guessing, I got a white screen at the end of it and it's still the same today!!!!! Why can't this be fixed?☹️
The game hangs at the fifth node of the Tower challenge from yesterday while I am pretty sure I would win this round with only one more move, can somebody please make it work again so that I can continue................?😖

Hey! I have been playing this game for months if not years, I have been accumulating and saving my coins and managed to hit about 10,000 coins today then all of a sudden, all the coins just disappeared and I am left with only 70 coins, what’s the problem???

Great game to pass time! But I am still waiting for the return of the lost coins after the last feedback.

I love this game! It’s great for kids and adults alike. It’s gameplay is kind of like Candy Crush, but better. The most satisfying part of this game is the sound of the jellies when they match up and make a squishy sound. Jelly Splash may be the most fun game on my phone. It’s completely free of charge and is extremely addictive. I recommend this game to people who love Candy Crush and to people who love satisfying games. It is my recommendation that you download this game on your phone or tablet or computer so that you can enjoy the Splash! Thank you and enjoy!

This game is very fun & addictive. I’ve been playing for years & lost my progress a few years back (my fault). I’ve been playing a lot recently & have notices JellySplash closes & crashes a lot recently. That hasn’t been a problem until today. I bought some coins which I don’t do often. I spent 70 coins multiple times spinning the Diamond wheel. 2 TIMES now it kicked me out of JellySplash & reset my unlimited lives to ZERO?? Fix this issue & track problems like this so you can give them back when lost? It’s a waste of money!!

This game use to be challenging but now it’s frustrating. Looked forward to reaching the top of the Ancient Tower now I’m lucking to get past the third level. Wooden Wheel is becoming a joke, you know after 5 spins you are going to get 30 minutes of play time so why put so many minutes as a freebie. Many times while trying to fill the rainbow the game shuts down and you lose your points you’ve accumulated. Videos are to long and redundant. 30 second video isn’t going to keep my attention any longer than a 15 second video. This game has gone down the tubes over the last several months. Certainly no longer my favorite.

If you're like me, you're sooo sick of getting into JellySplash Store or google play, seeing a fun game that's free, but when you buy it, it's not as fun, exciting, and challenging as you thought I'd be. Not only that but it slams ads in your face every 20 seconds and make you want to throw your phone at the wall. JELLY SPLASH IS COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF ALL THOSE GAMES THAT MAKE YOU DISAPPOINTED IN JellySplash COMMUNITY!!:) Jelly splash has continued to exceed my expectations! It is a game that never gets boring, NEVER shows ads, makes me think, and all together, it gives me a fun and relaxing time! Jelly splash is super family friendly but still perfect for all ages! The developers did an outstanding job creating this game and understanding the wants of people! Highly recommend this game!

Love the game. Super addicting and fun but what seems to be absolutely random, is actually set up against the player. There are certain levels you can’t win without making in app purchases. It’s not a coincidence that you have the option to buy three more moves when all you need is one left. Fun game. Shouldn’t be set up for you to make in app purchases. What seems random is not random at all in the later levels.
