My Smart Winner app isn’t giving me my funds even while saying payout successful.
Been paying smart winner and looking at all the adds and everything it says to do . 1000 dollars was supposed to been sent to my PayPal account and still haven’t received anything but in the records it says success like I got the money I didn’t receive.what am I supposed to do

If it looks to good to be true, it is. You can make a lot of “big wins” but the money never comes. You can cash out but before your cash out is accepted you have to answer 40 more questions and watch 15 adds. You are racking up more cash as you answer more questions and watch more ads so your stuck in kind of a forever loop. Once your claim is accepted you get a memo saying it will be processed in 2-3 days. You wait and nothing is processed. If you go in and check the status of your “win” it says it’s in a que to be processed but you are 6,000 or 4,000th in the que and the cue numbers don’t change much day to day. Before you know it the 1st claim submitted is still unprocessed after several weeks. It’s obvious by the questions answered and the amount of claims you can cash out that it has to be a fake game. You don’t really loose anything because you don’t have to make any payouts but you’re just wasting a lot of time.

This game starts off fast then eventually the amount of money dwindles down closer you get to 1000 but the game clearly states that if you reach 1000 you can withdraw with no penalty or process which is a lie and it gives you a time clock to wait for your money to be deposited I feel bad for anyone who saw this and needed some money I mean actually needed something for food or something like that and these people who have created this are have just lied to their faces in this scam of a game things like this should not exist if it’s at lie !
Multiple Cash Prizes, Have not received them

I played for a long period of time and was able to rack up a little over $700 in rewards. I did everything necessary to cash out and I waited 3 days as it said.
However, the money left the queue in game, and nothing was deposited into my account. I have screenshots and I have emailed the support for the app. This is a scam and will be treated as such until I get my money. And I will report and take action with this app if I do not receive my money within 5-7 business days.
